Job Summary:
The VP, Managing Director - NRD will be focused on working closely with our wholesale partners to grow the Trinchero Family Estates business as the leader of our East Region of the National Retail Development Team. Customer responsibility will include the Eastern Region customer network. This individual will be responsible for developing their NRD team and developing the key relationships necessary for a thriving growth business that achieves profitable sales growth, strong distribution goals and program execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the NRD team and with our distributor network to establish, communicate and execute annual plans to achieve volume, margin and profit, distribution, and executional goals across the network.
- Distributor management to include margin and profit management volume forecasting, measurement of merchandising performance activity against established goals, increasing distribution on our brands within the market, pricing maintenance and spending against determined budgets.
- Build customer relations with the NRD key accounts at all levels across the country.
- Present & build customer plans.
- Educate our distributor partners and key customers on Trinchero Family Estates Wine and Spirits through quarterly business reviews, new item presentations and ongoing communication.
- Utilize market data to identify opportunities within each customer and brand.

- A desire for continuing wine education, through accreditations, classes or tasting groups to keep current with industry trends.
- Knowledge of wine and wine regions that goes beyond the current TFE portfolio.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in business/marketing or related field.
- Minimum 15 years sales experience in a customer-focused, fact-based selling business environment.
- Operate from a home office and support team in making HQ calls and be able to travel the United States if needed in a market.
- Strong people leader and developer who has a track record of success within and across industries.
- General understanding of the industry and distributor management extremely helpful. Alcohol beverage industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated people leadership ability and experience.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain focus on key initiatives.
- Good understanding of category management strategy and tools.
- Strong presentation and account management skills.
- Solid aptitude for customer service at both the internal and external customer level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to build and utilize relationships with buyers, TFE field teams and distributor teams.
- Strong business and analytical skills, with aptitude for numbers and spreadsheets.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $303,300.00
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location. TFE offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, PTO, wellness programs and fertility and family building benefits. We also provide a 401(k) plan where TFE may make a discretionary profit-sharing contribution.
