JOB SUMMARY:
The eCommerce Content Manager will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams as well as develop strong relationships with our distributor partners to ensure our portfolio of products are accurately represented on both consumer facing websites as well as B2B portals. They will be the in-house expert managing our PIM, from new item set-up to channel set-up, marketing copy, SEO optimization, and visual assets. This cross-functional role will also lead in eCommerce content and advertising strategy, identifying key areas we can optimize and advertise to make the biggest impact for our portfolio and grow our eCommerce business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be an expert in working with and managing PIM’s (specifically Salsify), establishing best practices for how we use and build upon the platform
- Own the process of new item set-up and marketing content updates within Salsify
- Create and maintain channels within Salsify for key accounts
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure our portfolio of products has up-to-date content
- Work closely with distributor partners and retailers to ensure our products are properly represented across their websites, and any account specific needs are prioritized
- Oversee content projects from initial request, to brand approval, and content syndication
- Audit content health and performance across key retailer and distributor websites
- Evaluate and report against eComm landscape and portfolio performance to guide content and advertising strategy
- Oversee eComm advertising campaigns across marketplace and retailer specific websites
- Report against campaign performance
- Continually optimize images, video, copy, and SEO to ensure we are utilizing best practices across all products
- Work with the Master Data Team as needed to for VIP catalog and 1WorldSync item management

QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s degree required, with strong academic or professional background in digital content or PIM management strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with search engine optimization and performance marketing best practices.
- Ideal candidate will possess professional eCommerce experience within CPG or alcohol industry
- Experience with content management and syndication software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong computer literacy with high competence of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and the ability to learn and use various software or web-based programs.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
