Job Summary:

The Leader of Supply Chain is responsible for the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Trinchero Family Estates end to end supply chain, overseeing a team of professionals across Product Lifecycle Management, Demand and Supply Planning, Procurement, Supply Execution, Logistics, and Customer Service.

 

This role drives supply chain performance to support business growth, cost optimization, and service excellence. It is accountable for building a high performing team, developing scalable processes, and leading key initiatives such as S&OP and risk mitigation. The role serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, ensuring supply chain priorities are aligned with overall company goals.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Provide clear direction, coaching, and development opportunities for a team across all supply chain functions. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead cross functional project management of new product introductions and changes, ensuring supply readiness and operational alignment.
  • Demand Planning & Master Data: Own the forecasting process and demand planning governance; ensure accurate and reliable master data to enable effective planning.
  • Supply Planning: Align supply with demand and capacity constraints; manage inventory targets and service levels.
  • Supply Execution: Oversee production scheduling and direct material buying; ensure timely availability of raw/packaging materials and alignment with manufacturing.
  • Procurement: Lead direct, indirect, and co-manufacturing sourcing strategies; negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost optimization.
  • Logistics & Customer Service: Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of finished goods to customers
  • Manages and implements the required training of all Managers and team members and ensures adherence to all policies, procedures and governmental regulations. 
  • Manages and implements career planning and personal development of managers and staff.
  • Manages and ensures annual performance reviews are effective and completed on time for managers.  Also ensures that managers have completed staffs performance reviews on time.
  • Responsible for the selection of top talent and on the job training for new hires and coaching for       top performance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field required. MBA or Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience: 10–15+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, with a strong background in demand/supply planning, procurement, S&OP, logistics, and customer service
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional supply chain teams and driving measurable improvements in service, cost, and inventory performance
  • Experience managing new product introductions and working closely with Manufacturing, and Commercial teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Ability to translate strategy into action, with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; experience with supply chain analytics and KPI dashboards
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic supply chain roadmaps
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organization, including the executive team
  • Experience with project management

 

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent travel, both by car and air
  • Ability to lift at least 45 pounds (case of wine)

Salary Range: $200,000.00 -  $350,000.00  

The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location. TFE offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, PTO, wellness programs and fertility and family building benefits.   We also provide a 401(k) plan where TFE may make a discretionary profit-sharing contribution.
