Job Summary:
Responsible for the project lifecycle of creative and POS projects, ensuring these projects are completed on time, on budget, and within scope. 


Essential Functions:

•    Within the project management platform (Wrike), accept and manage creative and Point of Sale job requests, communicating feasibility and timing with            the job submitter.
•    Act as Wrike administrator for TFE marketing department, add and train new users and develop and improve processes as needed. Liaison with TFE IT         and Procurement to ensure that the marketing departments Wrike subscription stays compliant. Develop custom dashboard reports as needed. 
•    Develop and manage timelines and task assignees for all given projects to ensure timely delivery is met.
•    Create and organize timelines to ensure jobs related to seasonal catalogs and new item launches are consolidated onto similar timelines and delivery             dates are aligned with calendar and key sales driver program execution. 
•    Schedule and lead project kickoff and status meetings as necessary, to provide all cross functional stakeholders with updates on the project lifecycle.             Communicate any timing constraints to team and ensure delayed or at- risk projects are identified and set back on track.
•    Coordinate with creative services, production managers and cross functional teams to ensure all necessary specifications, project details and budgets             are documented and communicated. 
•    Assist with the maintenance the POS calendars and programming decks for TFE field sales, ensuring any changes to the programming calendar are               reflected in the project timelines. 
•    Manage third party agencies or designers as needed.
•    Assist with ad hock regional POS requests as needed. 
•    Assist with goods receipts and material master creation within SAP 


•    Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
•    Years of Experience:  5 + years’ experience as a Project Manager.  Experience in the alcohol beverage industry, and/or Point of Sale materials a plus.
•    Experience with continuous improvement projects and/or methodology.
•    Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and motivate stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•    Ability to effectively interface with various cross functional teams as well as outside agencies and vendors.
•    Excellent organization skills and the ability to follow through on projects without supervision.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Experience with project management software
•    Experience with SAP
