Job Summary:
The Product Lifecycle Management area at TFE is a fast paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate may be asked to lead or participate in a variety of activities ranging from New Product Introductions, Discontinued Products Management, Packaging/Bottling/Material Specifications, or ideally managing a brief project through all of the steps within a 2-3 month time period.
Essential Functions:

- Update roughly 90% of all back labels in the TFE portfolio due to required addition of bottle redemption codes for California
- Manage one large project with multiple, very different aspects
- Administrative: Updating forms to manage SAP Data and facilitating projects through the art development system: Manage Artworks
- Master Data: setting up information in SAP to govern label materials
- Procurement: establishing data and procurement methods to ensure new materials are ordered properly and old material inventory is depleted
- Interface with teams from cross-functional areas such as Compliance, Winemaking, Procurement, Commercial and Operations through the development of new or changing packages and products
- Generate reports and analyses as needed
- Participate in the revision of products, components and production methods
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently enrolled at a college or university working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Packaging or Marketing
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with continuous improvement projects and/or methodology preferred
- Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to gather information from multiple sources and distill it into concise reports and recommendations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Project
- Experience with project management software preferred
- Experience using SAP preferred
- Experience with Tableau or PowerBI preferred

Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
