Job Summary:

The Product Lifecycle Management area at TFE is a fast paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate may be asked to lead or participate in a variety of activities ranging from New Product Introductions, Discontinued Products Management, Packaging/Bottling/Material Specifications, or ideally managing a brief project through all of the steps within a 2-3 month time period.

Essential Functions:

• Update roughly 90% of all back labels in the TFE portfolio due to required addition of bottle redemption codes for California
• Manage one large project with multiple, very different aspects
  • Administrative: Updating forms to manage SAP Data and facilitating projects through the art development system: Manage Artworks
  • Master Data: setting up information in SAP to govern label materials
• Procurement: establishing data and procurement methods to ensure new materials are ordered properly and old material inventory is depleted
• Interface with teams from cross-functional areas such as Compliance, Winemaking, Procurement, Commercial and Operations through the development of new or changing packages and products
• Generate reports and analyses as needed
• Participate in the revision of products, components and production methods

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently enrolled at a college or university working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Packaging or Marketing
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with continuous improvement projects and/or methodology preferred
• Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to gather information from multiple sources and distill it into concise reports and recommendations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Project
• Experience with project management software preferred
• Experience using SAP preferred
• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI preferred

Salary Range: $22.00 -  $25.00  

The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
