Marketing Manager, Ultra Premium

Job Summary:

Plans, directs, and oversees the marketing strategy and key initiatives for Trinchero Family Estates’ Ultra-Premium brand portfolio.

  • Directs the development and execution of comprehensive, measurable strategic marketing plans to meet goals and objectives of the company
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of marketing budgets; prepares reports as needed
  • Develops and implements aggressive and creative marketing campaigns, promotions, and programs
  • Directs, coordinates, and supervises the development, design, and production of promotional and collateral materials
  • Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities
  • Oversees development of plans, programs, and promotions to improve market penetration and meet corporate objectives
  • Directs the coordination, management, and communication of market research and competitive analysis
  • Develops, maintains, and manages consistent corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines
  • Hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and develops marketing staff; manages schedules and workflow
  • Assigns duties and monitors quality of work; assures staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations
  • Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance
  • Monitors overall activities of the media department; identifies problem areas and directs corrective actions
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in related field
  • Four to six years related experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Office, Word, etc.
  • Proven leadership and business acumen skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
