Job Summary:

The Trinchero Family Wine & Spirits Brand Marketing Team is seeking a driven, imaginative, and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Intern to support one of TFE’s fastest-growing and strategically important wine brands, SEAGLASS.

This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity and strategy, contributing to initiatives that span brand building, sales tactics, consumer insights, social and digital content, and retail programming.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, this internship will play a meaningful role in how SEAGLASS shows up in the market and in helping propel the brand toward its next phase of growth.

Note: This role will be in our Napa office M/T/W/Th and remote F.

THE INTERNSHIP WILL FOCUS ON THE FOLLOWING:

  • An understanding of the wine industry and the three-tiered distribution system
  • Brand development and positioning
  • Strategic marketing and sales tactics
  • Data reporting, business insights, and consumer trend analysis
  • Digital and social media marketing
  • Creative development and presentation building

  • Market and competitor research, analysis, and presentation of results
  • Collaborating on creative programs, advertising, and sales tactics
  • Preparing persuasive sales and marketing presentation materials
  • Other analysis and activities as necessary to support marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with at least one course in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Canva is also a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data
  • Interest in brand building, consumer marketing, and/or the wine/alcohol beverage industry
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through

Salary Range: $23.00 -  $28.00  

The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
