Job Summary:

Opportunity:  The Trinchero Family Estates (TFE) Heritage Collection Marketing Team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. 

 

The Role: Both creative and analytical, this role combines marketing support and project management. The Marketing Coordinator will support the entire Heritage Collection portfolio with an emphasis on our Domestic brands.  The role will report into the Sr. Director of Marketing – Heritage Collection.  To succeed in this role, you must be able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.  This role provides an opportunity to learn about fine wine brands from around the world and will position you well to grow within the organization.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Support execution of the Heritage Collection’s strategic sales and marketing initiatives, including but not limited to: Coordinating point of sales projects, updating brand storytelling assets and wine fact sheets, managing the creation and dissemination of accolade tools, supporting the design of digital and print advertising
  • Contribute to regular business reviews by pulling information from multiple platforms such as Nielsen, IRI and PowerBI (Training available as needed)
  • Assist in coordinating in market activities including shipping of wine and other materials
  • Audit and collect updated content for our digital marketing platforms including brand websites and social media.
  • Input creative requests into our internal project management platform, track projects and ensure

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, marketing, business, or communications emphasis preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a marketing role preferred, relevant internship experience included. Wine experience a plus.
  • At least 21+ years of age
  • Communication is key

  • Excellent spoken and written skills with a highly professional tone
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Ability to learn various internal platforms to make requests and/or pull data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, reprioritize and pivot to meet the needs of the business

  • Have the ability to drive and have your own vehicle
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs., or a 9L case of wine.

Salary Range: $27.10 -  $33.10  

The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location. TFE offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, PTO, wellness programs and fertility and family building benefits.   We also provide a 401(k) plan where TFE may make a discretionary profit-sharing contribution.
