Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting digital initiatives across the portfolio of TFE brands, with a focus on gathering, organizing and publishing content across a broad array of digital platforms both internal and external.

Essential Functions:

• Content distribution and maintenance on key retailer sites.
• Copy, content and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) updates on internal and key retailer sites.
• Ad hoc content requests and audits for 3rd party sites.
• Social community management and outreach for brands managed in-house.
• Collection of all required product information and digital assets from disparate sources (brand, agency, SAP, sales, etc.) for Product Information Management (PIM).
• Working with content vendor partner software (Salsify/OneSpace). Moving toward understanding of best practices and may act as a technical subject matter expert at times.
• Executes content project requests as directed by Supervisor.
• Proactively audits Trinchero Family Estates’ digital presence on priority external platforms and takes action to correct areas of opportunity.
• Additional responsibilities, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: College Junior or Senior.
• Experience: Digitally native, familiar with the social media ecosystem.
• Experience with digital asset management solutions and workflows is preferred.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organization.
• Demonstrated commitment to going above and beyond to finish projects .
• Ability to organize and present content with experience creating a highly organized resource repository or content library with detailed focus on version control (old versus new content).
• Ability to manage priorities from multiple stakeholders in a complex environment with a focus on the delivery of on-time results.
• Adaptability and flexibility with a willingness to embrace change and to adopt strategies and directional changes on the fly.

Salary Range: $22.00 -  $25.00  

The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
