Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to coordinate and organize booking information for the timely pickup of Export orders for the Customer Service Department.

Essential Functions:

• Communicating order details to the customer’s elected freight forwarder to arrange necessary pickup/sailing information.
• Entering accurate booking information into TFE’s ERP system and releasing orders for the Traffic Department to secure pickup appointments

Qualifications:

• Years of Experience: Preferred 1+ years of experience in Logistics/Service Field. Digital services preferred.

• Education: Required High School graduate / Preferred 2 years college
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow through.
• Must be able to interact effectively with outside customers / distributors, and peers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prefer experience using MS Office, SAP or other ERP

• May be required to work some overtime hours

Salary Range: $20.80 -  $31.25  

The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
