Commercial Operations Analyst - Remote Considered

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing support to the Trinchero Family Estates Sales Execution Team related to day-to day coordination and management of Commercial operational activities within in the U.S. markets.  Focus on delivering high-quality material, support, and high-level analysis that are consistent and structured across the divisions that allow for simplified and engaged distributor relations.  Collaborate with Reporting and Analytics teams to provide powerful tools to support sales execution needs.

 

Essential Functions:

•    Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of commercial related material, support, and analysis for internal and external customers for 2 to 3 specific sales execution divisions within the US Market.
•    Assist in development of sales and marketing reports and high-level analyses using distributor shipment, depletion, and inventory information, retail scan data (AC Nielsen), and other internal and external data sources and systems. 
•    Subject Matter Expert on commercial related data and tools. Acting as first point of contact in addressing questions and managing requests for the Sales Execution Team through collaboration with internal partners across the TFE organization.  
•    Act as a key business partner to the TFE Sales Execution team by providing support that in turn allows sales the ability to focus on selling.
•    Conduct introductory and ongoing training on TFE’s commercial related data and tools such as Power BI, KARMA, IDIG and Nielsen AOD to TFE’s Sales Execution, National Retail Development, National Account and Marketing teams.
•    Strong technical aptitude with creative vision to produce meaningful, action-based tools to support sales execution needs. 
•    Evaluate and provide recommendations to management that drive opportunities to improve efficiency.

 

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. 
•    Beverage alcohol industry experience preferred with a focus on sales and distribution process or knowledge of Nielsen AOD (or IRI Syndicated data), Power BI, Power Pivot, MS Access, or similar programs is valuable.
•    Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•    Strong user level computer skills required, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Extensive experience with Pivot Tables and complex Excel modeling a plus.
•    Must be highly organized.
•    Self-motivated, self-starting approach
•    Analytical and process oriented while maintaining a strong customer focus
•    Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through are essential.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.   
•    Strong user level computer skills required, Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
