Job Summary:

The Associate Manager, Trade Marketing Operations supports the development, production, and fulfillment of national and regional point-of-sale (POS) materials for Trinchero Family Estates Wine & Spirits programs. This role partners with brand marketing, sales, legal, and procurement to deliver high-impact programs that meet brand standards, budgets, and timelines. The ideal candidate is a proactive project manager and clear communicator who thrives in managing multiple initiatives from concept to execution.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate seasonal buying windows and develop POS ordering catalogs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for marketing materials.
  • Oversee POS intake, storage, distribution, and tracking.
  • Reconcile monthly warehousing and promotional invoices.
  • Support Sr. Manager with POS production and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with Sales to manage regional POS and promotional requests, including budgeting, development, and execution.
  • Facilitate work with third-party vendors and production suppliers.
  • Administer Trinchero’s print-on-demand (POD) system.
  • Communicate planning calendars, national POS ordering details, timelines, and ad-hoc allocations to sales teams.
  • Update department intranet page to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Create and distribute monthly POS newsletter for sales teams.
  • Track and report program performance, providing actionable insights during reviews.
  • Maintain sales and distributor address database.
  • Ensure brand standards and compliance with legal and corporate guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or other business-related disciplines.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Wine Industry and/or Trade Marketing experience is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to recommend process enhancements.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and provide viable solutions to challenges.

 

 

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment, in-office work Monday – Thursday, work from home on Fridays
  • Extensive computer work
  • May be required to work at any of TFE's locations
  • Frequent deadline pressures
  • Numerous complex projects in progress at any given time
  • Comply with company safety regulations

Salary Range: $68,640.00 -  $88,400.00  

The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location. TFE offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, PTO, wellness programs and fertility and family building benefits.   We also provide a 401(k) plan where TFE may make a discretionary profit-sharing contribution.
