Job Summary:
Responsible for assuring, implementing and improving TFE quality processes across production.
Essential Functions:
* Support and engage in TFE safety systems.
* Teach and represent TFE‘s industry leading quality standard and principles.
* Personal Growth and Development Goals based on team and business needs.
* Off-site Co-Manufacturer and Supplier auditing skills.
* Perform audits of bottling lines: fill volume, TTB compliance, wine and packaging specification compliance. Limited wine analysis performed.
* Ability to accurately work with data in software applications, such as SAP, LIMS, Red Zone or equivalent.
* Responsible for understanding and implementing the Food Safety and Quality Management System and related activities, including SQF standards:
o Conduct GMP audit and communicate level of compliance with leadership.
o Verify incoming packaging materials for compliance with specifications.
o Responsible for making sure equipment is verified prior to use.
* Support, sustain and implement lean principles through continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
* Preferred education: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or science related college level courses.
* Expected experience: 2+ years in a manufacturing environment, including employee training.
* Communicate effectively with peers and leadership across functional teams.
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to demonstrate critical thinking.
* Demonstrate personal accountability; taking ownership for actions with minimal supervision.
* Ability to effectively work with others in or on cross functional teams.
* Respond to changing production pressures and prioritize assigned projects.
* Meet Skill Level Requirements as determined by Quality Leadership.
Working Conditions:
* Moderate to heavy physical work
* Work site may be any one of Trinchero Family Estates’ facilities or partners
* Standing for long periods of time (8 hours per day)
* Must comply with all safety equipment requirements including ear plugs and safety glasses
* Exposure to various chemicals in production areas
* Exposure to machinery, forklifts and related production equipment
Salary Range: $19.50 - $29.90
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
