Job Summary:
Under general direction, maintains control over volumes of raw materials, parts in process, and finished products in order to ensure predetermined level of inventories. In addition the job will coordinate all fleet vehicles for the central valley.
Essential Functions:

- Develops processes, procedures, and assists in the training of production and maintenance personnel to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinates materials cycle counts and actual inventories versus system records
- Provides feedback to management on accuracy levels, procedure problems, and recommends corrective actions
- Assist Bottling Maintenance Supervision with obtaining quotes, part requisitions; moving materials through the procurement process, and enters Goods Receipts.
- Maintains the storeroom in a neat and organized fashion.
- Utilize the CMMS computer software and other computer applications to support the storeroom activities and maintenance functions.
- Manage venders, material goods return authorizations, track warranty items, and assures their compliance to our SQF, GMP, and safety programs.
- Maintains equipment preventative maintenance plans, tracks equipment history, collects work orders, and enters information into the CMMS system.
- Meet weekly with Lead Mechanics and Maintenance Supervisors to discuss and agree on the following weeks PM/WO schedule.
- Estimates task completion hours per required craft and enters the estimated hours into the CMMS system.
- Stage materials and special tools as required.
- Evaluate job feedback to improve future work.
- Provide technical assistance as required for maintenance personnel.
- Prepare reports and KPI’s as required.
- Highly involved in continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintains records and assures compliance to Food Safety and quality Management System programs.
- Ensure lubricants & hazardous waste storage is in compliance with safety regulations.
- Work with Environmental team to ensure CARB (California Air Resource Board) vehicle compliance
- Provide recommendations for what types of vehicles and equipment to consider leasing versus the status quo
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years storeroom experience, specifically with inventory/parts management desirable
- Education: Associates degree preferred
- Knowledge of equipment parts and terminology required
- Must be able to determine specific parts from cross sectional drawings
- Familiarity with equipment manuals desirable
- Must have good people skills and be able to communicate effectively
- Verbal and written skills are required
- Computer skills are required with experience in word processing, spreadsheets and inventory management systems
- Experience with ISO 9001 & SQF is a plus
- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations is a plus
Working Conditions:
- Regular working schedule to include weekends
- Long and irregular hours may be required
- Must be able to work any shift
- Moderate to heavy physical work (putting away/retrieving parts, moving 5 gal. lubricants, supplying tools to the lines, etc.)
- Work site may be any one of Trinchero Family Estates’ facilities
- Standing for long periods of time (8 hours per day)
- Ability to lift at least 45 pounds
- Concrete floors and extensive walking – production environment with limited A/C and heating
- Stairs and ladder work required
Salary Range: $31.45 - $45.30
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
