Join a team of highly skilled maintenance and reliability professionals leveraging industrial automation technology in a state-of-the-art facility to support the production, quality, cost, and safety goals of the high-speed bottling and automated warehousing operations.  All team members are responsible for preventive maintenance, process and equipment improvements, troubleshooting and problem-solving.


Essential Functions:

  • Minimize equipment downtime through effective troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment in a complex distributed control system
  • Provide daily support and communication to the Bottling Production Team and the Warehouse Distribution Team to ensure safe and reliable operations
  • Be the expert on electrical safety and compliance during maintenance and troubleshooting of Medium Voltage AC/DC systems
  • Assist mechanics with electrical problems
  • Install and program electronic controls (VFDs, HMIs, PLCs, etc.)
  • Install and land wiring for new equipment
  • Perform basic administrative tasks for the purpose of change management, time-entry, and sustainability/improvement of established workflows
  • Understand and comply with all Food Safety & Quality programs
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in Bottling & Warehouse control systems
  • Maintain positive relationship with all team members across all departments



  • Education: High School diploma or GED required, Technical Degrees and certifications a plus
  • Experience Preferred: 2 years’ experience in designing, programming, installing, or maintaining industrial automation systems
  • Allen Bradley PLC, HMI, FactoryTalk experience a plus
  • Safely use electrical equipment
  • Proficient electrical understanding and troubleshooting techniques
  • Understanding of Control Reliability
  • Demonstrates a highly motivated work ethic
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively work as part of team
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions and take direction
  • Ability to respond to frequently changing production pressures
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Valid California Driver’s license

Working Conditions:

  • Moderate to heavy physical work
  • Work site may be any one of Trinchero Family Estates’ facilities
  • Standing for long periods of time (8 hours per day)
  • Must comply with all PPE requirements including ear plugs and safety glasses
  • Exposure to various chemicals in production areas
  • Exposure to machinery, forklifts and related production equipment
  • Long and irregular hours during peak periods or on various shifts
  • Holidays and weekends as needed
  • Extensive walking, stair climbing, and lifting of up to 55 pounds
