Job Summary: 
Under general direction, primarily responsible for execution and improvement of processes in support of consistent and appropriate materials, parts, and tool inventory levels in Lodi Maintenance department.  receives, organizes, and inventories all parts and materials related to any and all maintenance for all production/maintenance facilities.  Maintains and continuously improves Maintenance inventory within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

•    Receives all packages for the entire Lodi plant and sends daily notification of packages received.
•    Continuously improve processes, procedures, and training necessary to ensure inventory usage and management in Maintenance Connection (CMMS) are done consistently and efficiently.
•    Conducts cycle counts to verify actual inventories versus CMMS system records.
•    Provides feedback to management on accuracy levels, related procedural problems, and recommends/implements corrective actions.
•    Track parts usage by equipment/machine- ensure that information is systematically entered into CMMS for easy retrieval of parts history and related costs. 
•    Develop and improve in parts kitting for both planned and unplanned maintenance, utilizing CMMS to improve parts procurement process for recurring overhauls and maintenance tasks. 
•    Collaborate with personnel in other TFE maintenance teams to develop best practices and seek out cost-saving initiatives through shared inventory.
•    Continually seek cost reduction opportunities through understanding of parts usage and performance criteria, building and organizing a network of vendors to support cost comparisons.
•    Generally responsible for receiving, storing, and maintaining inventory levels.
•    Advise Manager of any inventory misuse issues.
•    Ensure Hazardous Materials storage and handling is compliant with applicable safety regulations.
•    Maintains cleanliness of both Shipping & Receiving Area and Storeroom to be SQF-audit ready.

Skills and Knowledge:
•    Ability to maintain and improve inventory processes using CMMS (Maintenance Connection).
•    Ability to operate a Forklift
•    Skilled in cycle counting and verifying inventory accuracy.
•    Understanding of equipment parts and terminology.
•    Ability to interpret cross-sectional drawings and equipment manuals.
•    Advanced Computer Proficiency
•    Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including: 
     o    Pulling reports from systems.
     o    Translating and analyzing data for decision-making.
     o    Using formulas, pivot tables, and charts for reporting.
     o    Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets.
•    Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
•    Experience in developing and improving parts kitting and procurement processes.
•    Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Ability to work effectively in teams and provide outstanding customer service.
•    Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education & Qualifications:
•    High School Diploma or GED required
•    Associate’s degree preferred
•    Minimum 5 years of storeroom experience, specifically in inventory/parts management.
•    Familiarity with equipment manuals and CMMS systems.
•    Knowledge of ISO 9001 & SQF standards is a plus.
•    Understanding of industrial safety regulations is a plus.

Working Conditions:
•    Regular working schedule to include weekends
•    Moderate to heavy physical work (putting away/retrieving parts, moving 5 gal. lubricants, supplying tools to mechanics, etc.)
•    Work site may be any one of Trinchero Family Estates’ facilities
•    Standing for long periods of time (8 hours per day)
•    Ability to lift at least 45 pounds
•    Production environment with limited A/C and heating
•    Stairs and ladder work required

Salary Range: $27.05 -  $33.05
