JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Portfolio Manager (RPM) will be the primary point of contact for each Zone to coordinate, monitor, and manage key back-of-house functions. This role will work directly with our distributors across multiple TFE departments to facilitate effective communication and alignment between organizations. RPMs will reside within their respective Sales Execution Zone, reporting to the VP, Business Development & Operations. Because this role will interact with many business areas, such as Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of our business are required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The RPM will work closely with the ZVP, Division Manager, Commercial Operations and Financial Analyst for each zone.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory management: Enforce distributor compliance with contract days on hand requirement & ensure sufficient inventory available to support NPD, PMP, NRD, NAOP, and other program needs. Serve as primary point person for allocation & reservation orders. Monitor & plan to profitably manage through expired, long-inventory, or delisted SKU clean-up. Oversee efficient transfers of inventory between markets to manage low-inventory or out-of-stock situations.
- Pricing management: Facilitate price change management within zone including but not limited to NRD & NAON price quoting, specific state price calendars, price negotiation with specific distributors.
- Budget Alignment:
- Analyze and make recommendations to ZVP on TFE KPIs (e.g., Inventory DOH, Depletion vs. Goals, Retail General Market Distribution, On-Premise Distribution and Nielsen $Share supplier rank, etc..)
- Participate in monthly TFE corporate financial calls to analyze and deliver actional plans to VP.
- Forecasting: Mid-Month last-mile confirmation, End of Month analysis, NPD build-up, LMF spend mapping full FY, annual depletion forecasting build, risk analysis on negative trending brands, opportunity analysis on growing brands.
- Business Reviews: Build market specific insights on QBRs, Mid-year Business Reviews, Annual Business Reviews and Annual Business Planning. Attend all business reviews in person with Zone VP discretion.
- Sales Execution Programs:
- Lead distributor PMP programming pre-planning for inventory, pricing, incentives, market blitzes, training, and resource integration.
- Communicate and oversee the execution of NRD/NAON actions to distributors. Ensure inventory, pricing, incentives, training, trackers, and execution goals are integrated into distributor chain operations.
- Communicate and oversee the execution of new product launches with the distributor. Ensure new item setup, inventory, pricing, incentives, training, trackers, and execution goals are integrated into distributor sales plans.
- Field Activities: The expectation is 10% of time committed to field work. Suggested activities are but not limited to: Market Surveys, Market Blitzes, General Sales Meetings and, Consumer events. Zone VPs will evaluate the needed presence for specific activity participation.

QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree in business/marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years sales experience within wholesale and/or supplier network
- Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Experience within the Bev-alcohol industry and direct distributor management is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated team leadership ability and experience are preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus on key initiatives.
- Strong business and analytical skills, with an aptitude for numbers and spreadsheets.
- Advanced computer skills, including strong command of MS Office Tools: (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, & SharePoint).
- Understanding of category analytics strategy, syndicated data, VIP, KARMA, and Power BI is preferred.
- Strong presentation ability and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and utilize relationships with wholesale partners, TFE field teams, and internal TFE management.
- Ability to drive a company vehicle and maintain a valid CDL.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $183,600.00
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
