eCommerce Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day eCommerce operations of Trinchero Family Estates’ online store, as well as online stores for the portfolio of brands.  The scope of this role is wide and touches many aspects of the business, including but not limited to content marketing, merchandising, email and digital marketing, wine clubs, fulfillment and customer service.

Key partner teams will include eCommerce, tasting rooms, fulfillment, customer service, brand marketing, digital marketing and vendor partners.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate with Brand and Digital Marketing teams to ensure messaging and calendar alignment
  • Partner with Tasting Rooms & Wine Club coordinators to support cohesive brand messaging across all channels
  • Maintain content calendars to support website updates and key marketing programs
  • Work with the Email Marketing Coordinator to develop a high performing email marketing program
  • Implement regular content updates across OneStopWineShop and support brand online stores as needed (CMS familiarity a plus!)
  • Provide merchandising support across web stores
  • Setup and test on-site promotions
  • Leverage program data and website analytics to shape content and merchandising strategies
  • Process all online sales orders through WineDirect and RMS systems
  • Coordinate day-to-day functions with shipping, fulfillment, compliance & delivery providers, ensuring successful delivery of all shipments, as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service always
  • Comply with all industry specific laws and ordinances



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce required (experience in content, merchandising or marketing a plus)
  • A digitally-savvy, strategic thinker, with a passion for eCommerce and an understanding of eCommerce KPIs
  • A high energy, positive attitude with the drive and motivation to constantly be improving the online experience for Trinchero Family Estates’ portfolio of brands
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • A strong work ethic matched with a natural curiosity and the desire to innovate
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple goals and projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to respond to last minute requests and pivot to the needs of the business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (WineDirect), Email Marketing Tools (Premier Cellar), Web Analytics Programs (Google Analytics, Omniture) and Photoshop preferred
  • Prior experience in wine or hospitality a plus


Working Conditions:

  • Regular working schedule to include occasional weekends and holidays
  • Long and irregular hours during peak seasons and/or special events
  • Work site at times may be any one of Trinchero Family Estates’ facilities
  • Ability to lift at least 45 pounds (case of wine)
