Job Summary:
The Direct-to-Consumer team is in search of a Wine Club Coordinator to oversee the efficient operations of assigned Wine Clubs, consumer direct shipping tasks, and general eCommerce support; while providing exceptional customer service, representing Trinchero Family Estates in a professional manner, and achieving aggressive sales goals. The right person for the role is a team player through and through, has a positive attitude, can manage their time well and has excellent attention to detail. The Wine Club channel is evolving rapidly, and this role would benefit from someone who can tactically execute to expectation, while also thinking outside of the box to deliver improvements in new member signups, customer satisfaction, retention rates and referrals.
Essential Functions:

- Administer all aspects of Wine Club and eCommerce (shipping orders, billing, customer service, incremental sales, special promotions and inventory tracking.
- Manage member database and mailing lists, including cancellations, special requests, on-hold memberships, etc.
- Enter new wine club members into our database with complete and accurate information.
- Prepare and send all new club members a welcome communication.
- Update customer information as requested.
- Prepare newsletters in coordination with marketing, including tasting notes, recipes, special promotions and feature articles.
- Assist with food and wine pairing suggestions to be included with the club letter.
- Assist with coordinating inserts/mailings/eCommerce as directed.
- Respond to all phone calls, e-mail, and voicemail messages in a timely fashion.
- Assist with club event planning and execution.
- Prepare all pre-shipment e-mails and event invites according to calendar, including tracking of RSVP’s.
- Make recommendations for wine selections in club shipments.
- Monitor all Wine Club collateral materials used by all tasting rooms.
- Track shipments as needed for all club and retail.
- Monitor and stay within compliance laws, reciprocal states, shipping requirements for all order fulfillment.
- Sell wine clubs via phone or Tasting Room (if applicable).
- Monitor and promote wine club member signups.
- Direct interaction with all Tasting Room personnel in the area of training, shipping, wine club, staging will-call shipments, etc.
- Provide wine club support across TFE programs, as needed.
- Assist with special projects and miscellaneous administrative duties as directed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Two or more years’ experience in winery hospitality/events planning or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have good organizational skills and the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervision.
- Enthusiasm for wine in general and Trinchero Family Estates and its products in particular.
- Relaxed, friendly and professional demeanor in person and on the telephone.
- Able to interact effectively with wide range of contacts, i.e. the public, co-workers and members of other departments.
- Experience with MS Excel, Outlook, and POS systems a plus.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
Working Conditions:
- Regular working schedule to include occasional weekends and holidays.
- Long and irregular hours during peak seasons and/or special events.
- Work site at times may be any one of Trinchero Family Estates’ facilities.
- Ability to lift at least 45 pounds (case of wine).
Salary Range: $24.00 - $29.35
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
