Job Summary:
The Fulfillment and Inventory Manager is a key member of the DTC team. Therefore, exemplary communication skills, a professional demeanor and a high level of customer service are required to ensure that all guests receive an experience that is congruent with the philosophy and ethos of the company. A combined skill set for success involves delivering exceptional guest ordering experiences.
Essential Functions:

Shipping department performance and customer service
- Oversee shipping department performance ensuring excellent customer service, timeliness, and accuracy in processing.
- Strive to hit successful metrics on key performance indicators including timeliness, errors and customer complaints.
- Communicates with DTC team on shipping processes and provides excellent customer service internally and externally.
- Back up point of contact for guest inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
Daily orders and costs
- Oversee and perform processing of daily orders.
- Monitor weather forecast to ensure the safety delivery of the orders, identifies and implements shipping alternatives.
- Oversee tracking of shipments proactively to avoid returns and redirects.
- Maintain FedEx and UPS contracts and pricing agreements.
- Works to reduce packaging supply costs while meeting marketing’s defined brand standards.
Inventory Management
- Oversees and executes inventory process and counts including weekly inventory reconciliation for multiple locations.
- Manages coordination with finance to track all inventory movements.
- Maintains adequate inventory at warehouses onsite and off at all times including writing order forms and receiving all in-bound orders to and from the offsite warehouse.
- Manages appropriate inventory levels at third party shipping company and onsite for order fulfillment.
- Oversees inventory packaging components and communicates needs to marketing in a timely manner.
- Oversees and maintains inventory on packaging supplies.
Other
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Must maintain satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise Shipping department staff.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Inventory Management required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in marketing
- Experience in Vendor Management preferred
- Demonstrated strategic orientation with ability to effectively execute to plan and drive sales
- Proven ability to manage budgets
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build solid partnerships with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical, creative thinking, critical reasoning skills with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
- • Must have a strong sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently and make effective and objective decisions
- Wine industry experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and react quickly to changing business needs
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Salary Range: $64,480.00 - $105,200.00
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location. TFE offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, PTO, wellness programs and fertility and family building benefits. We also provide a 401(k) plan where TFE may make a discretionary profit-sharing contribution.
