Trinchero Family Estates’ combined finance and accounting team works together in challenging and dynamic areas such as contribution brand analysis, financial planning and reporting, production, vineyard, cost center, and general ledger accounting and analysis as well as finance, treasury and tax support.

With an emphasis on interdepartmental teamwork, each area provides a unique role in contributing to the success of the Trinchero Family Estates organization as a whole while producing timely and accurate financial statements and forecasts. Each team is encouraged to initiate outreach to support cross-functionality with other winery areas, from operations to sales.

The finance and accounting team offers a systematic and strategic path for employee growth that emphasizes milestones in driving business performance, financial control, specialist frameworks and finance processes. Each member of the team plays a role in the continuous improvement of the department as it – and the company – rapidly grow.
